Every type of work can be stressfull not only to our minds but also our bodies.  The human body was meant to move. Keeping fit and exercising outside working hours is crucial, but not enough. Yes, that's right! Long hours of work, doing a repetetive task can be detrimental specially to joints and muscles in our bodies. That's why we created the Corporate Wellness Program.

How it works

The basic program consists of two 15min group sessions per week of specific exercises to counterbalance the stress of a certain work task and re energise mind and body. Options of individual Fitness Assessment and Consultation also available.
